At the helm of Purpose Capital is our Managing Director, a seasoned finance and capital markets expert with extensive experience in France and Africa.

Holding a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a Master’s in Economic Expertise and International Project Management from the University of Paris 12, she brings deep expertise in financial instruments, corporate financing, and CEMAC regulations.

Her career spans roles at Volkswagen Financial Services, Afriland First Bank, and Horus Investment Capital, where she led debt securitizations, structured corporate financing, and contributed to launching a brokerage firm.

Recognized for her leadership, strategic insight, and negotiation skills, she drives Purpose Capital’s growth and positions it as a trusted partner for investors and businesses across the region

Internal Controller

Carole brings over 15 years of expertise in internal control, audit, and compliance, gained at leading banks such as Société Générale and Afriland First Bank. She ensures the reliability of our internal processes, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

Her experience spans strategic audits, anti-money laundering, fraud risk, and prudential regulation, combined with strong operational know-how from roles like Deputy Branch Manager.

Known for her leadership and team development skills, Carole drives continuous improvement in process efficiency and security, making her a key contributor to our firm’s growth and stability.

Our Chairman

Our Chairman brings years of strategic leadership and expertise in insurance and financial management across international markets.

A member of the French Association of Actuaries, his career includes leading actuarial operations at Sanlam Allianz, driving the Jubilee-Allianz Kenya merger as COO, and serving as Regional Head at Allianz Africa.

Known for ensuring strong governance, he provides Purpose Capital with strategic vision, operational discipline, and the ability to lead diverse teams across cultures, reinforcing our position in the CEMAC region.
